Important Notes:

  • Files submitted at a resolution lower than 300 DPI may result in reduced print quality. SJM Designs is not responsible for quality issues related to low-resolution or improperly formatted files.

  • By submitting artwork, the customer confirms they have the legal right to use the provided images, logos, or designs.

  • Minor adjustments (sizing, placement, or formatting) may be made as needed for production compatibility. 

  • Production timelines begin only after all required information, artwork, and full payment have been received and approved.
